Uplift Gtrak Prices

1) Go to Maintenance -> Housekeeping -> Uplift Gtrak System Prices

2) If you are updating the Customers Flat/ Discounted Rate Prices you must use CUSTOMER & Glass type Price List
This will update any customer specific prices that have been set.

• Update List - Set Update List to Full New > Old, Up Old . New
• Update Type - Choose Either Flat Rate/Discount to target specific Price Types or Both to update Flat/Discount rates at the same time.
• Method - You can increase by a Fixed Amount, Percentage or Replace Amount.
• Value - Enter how much you want to change the price by in the Value Field
• Date - You can also schedule this type of Price Uplift for a future date however if you want it to happen immediately select the current date.

Normal Prices
To update the normal prices use the Normal Base Prices -> Glass Type Prices
This option will only let you chose the glass type and cannot be scheduled for a future date.

3) If you're using the Customer Glass Type Prices you can select the Customer and Glass Type that you want to uplift by changing the selection from All to Selection

This will activate the tab at the top where you can select specific Customers and Glass types (On Normal Prices you can only select the Glass Type not the Customer).

4) Once you have selected all the customers and glass you want to uplift hit the Update Prices button.
5) Hit Yes on the "Are You Sure" Prompt

6) If you are able to leave the machine running for some time as the backup can take a long time then please backup up the Price List File
​

7) Once the backup has been completed or you decided not to backup the Price List you will see a progress bar and once completed you will be prompted.
