Please follow the instructions below on how to run Clear Completed orders to remove old barcode data.
Clearing completed orders will delete any barcodes from before the date you enter (Please be careful when entering the date)
Please note to run the Clear Completed orders routine will require exclusive access to the database. Please make sure GTrak is not running on any other PC.
This is a long process and can take several hours to run!!! So we recommend doing this out of hours.
Before you run the Clear Completed orders to remove old barcodes, ensure ALL users are logged out of GTrak, including any dashboards and barcoding software.
Log out of GTrak yourself and log back in.
GO straight to the Clear Completed Orders option (without opening any other screens).
Maintenance\Housekeeping\Clear Completed Orders
Enter the date you wish to remove barcodes up to. We recommend keeping 6 months worth of barcodes.
Select the options as listed below and click GO,
