Please find instruction on how to run Clear Completed orders and Archiving.
Clearing completed orders moves completed orders within the set date range into the archive. this has its own menu option to access similar to Order Entry so archived orders can still be accessed separately.
Please note that to run the Clear Completed orders routine, Exclusive access is needed to the database so GTrak can not be running on any other PC.

This is a long process and can take several hours to run!!! So we recommend doing this out of hours.
Before you run the Clear Completed orders, ensure ALL users are logged out of GTrak. Including any dashboards or barcoding software.
Log out of GTrak yourself and log back in.
GO straight to the Clear Completed Orders option (without opening any other screens).

Enter the date you wish to clear orders up to.
we recommend keeping several years in the live system and archiving orders which are no longer covered by warranty.
Select the options as listed below and click GO,
Please Note:
Orders at COMPLETED status within the date range will be archived
Orders at CANCELLED status within the date range will be DELETED
Credit Notes within the date range will be archived
Quotations entered in the quote system within the date range will be archived
For the Batches, any completed batches within the date range will be deleted
